Willkommen in meiner kleinen und grossen verwirrten Gedankenwelt

Man nehme eine wunderschöne Stimme, einen unglaublich traurigen Text, der aber gleichzeitig Mut macht, nenne das Lied “Someone like you” und drücke auf Play und ich weine.

Ein Lied dass ganz starke Gefühle und Erinnerungen in mir weckt und mich nicht aufhören lässt zu hoffen, das DER Mann meiner Träumen doch noch irgendwo da draussen ist und nur auf mich wartet. Ich weiss, ich finde dich, vielleicht auch du mich.

This is a Finish traditional song which I heard first 11 years ago at a baptism. I didn’t understand the words but i understood the meaning. Cause the minute they started to sing it I started to cry. Its a song which just got in my heart and stayed there. After I heard it the first time I heard it again at special events.

Here is a translation I found a few years ago and I don’t remember where:
